The Sound of Healing is here

Sound and Vibration are all around us. From the moment we are created we feel the vibration of life.

Sound Healing is a holistic health practice that uses  a combination of mindful presence. sound and intention to effect positive changes in a person’s mind, body, and spirit. With meditation and personal intention as the cornerstone of the practice, practitioners use various instruments to apply sound utilizing the theory that EVERYTHING is energy, to clear and balance a person’s subtle energy system. In this practice, we use the vibrations to either raise or lower a client’s vibration to restore a balance resonance, a peaceful harmony, and an energetic space where we connect to our own innate ability to heal. Sound Therapy is a holistic health term used to describe any modality that uses specifically tuned sound frequencies for clearing stresses, blockages, energetic, and emotional stagnation from a person’s subtle energy system. 

Whether it is music therapy, voice, chanting, mantra,  sound bath, sound meditation, and more. 

These ancient healing modalities believe that all life vibrates at various frequencies. Specifically, the human body has multiple vibrational frequencies that can slip  “out of tune” due to emotional or energetic stagnation. 

When these frequencies are “out of tune” they can lead to physical and emotional health issues.  We are fortunate to have the science to back up this theory. 

In everyday life, the average person forgets to do the most basic tasks of proper breathing and healing. This common, unhealthy practice can lead to life-threatening illnesses. Through meditation and proper breathing techniques, it is possible to reach a  state where we can lift our consciousness to enhance individual healing abilities and help to mitigate pre-existing conditions.  

We go through our life not connecting to the healing powers that are all around us, and within us, instead, be distracted and caught up in outside influences.  Sound Healing is based on the scientific principles that all matter, and most importantly, the cells in your body, vibrate to a precise frequency when healthy and to a dissonant frequency when in dis-ease. Resonant vibration,  rhythms, and tones can balance brain hemispheres,  lower stress levels, and reduce tension in the body.  We focus on bringing harmony to disharmony and disease to restore our optimal frequency. The use of tuned, deep-vibrational instruments such as crystal singing bowls during healing and meditation sessions can balance these dissonant frequencies and bring them back into harmony.  

Beats, music, words, and chanting have been used for thousands of years to heal and energize the body,  mind, and emotions.  

A sense of well-being and an increase in energy are often the results of sound healing sessions.  Deep levels of healing and transformation are commonly reported after sound healing sessions as we allow the body to sink into a relaxed state of restoration and recovery. 

What happens during a VSH session? 

Every session is different and it will vary from person to person, but to have a general outlook of what you are getting yourself into this is how it goes. 

First thing first, after you made your payment, set up your date and time, you will receive an e-mail with a  couple of virtual documents that you will fill out to help me set up your session, there are a few things I’d like to know like if you want to add aromatherapy, which it has a  powerful and positive effect on each session, also about allergies or information about if you are sensitive to touch. 

For the session, you just need comfortable clothes and an open mind. 

You will lay down on a massage table (face up or down,  however you feel most comfortable), close your eyes and I will be guiding a meditation as I am placing the bowls on you and activating them, together with your choice of aromatherapy, sound bath and Reiki (if requested) while you will fall into a deep relaxation state. 

The experience is unlike any other, the vibration of the bowls does the whole work. After that, just wait and see the beauty of life happen.
