About Kat in her Holistic path

Since a young age Kat was always attracted to books on philosophy and holistic approach to things, always drawn to magic, nature and solving situations in a mindful way!

Her mother says that she was always that friend that people looked for when in need of an honest good advice, and also that friend that would make you laugh about any situation!

After traveling the world for more than 5 years finding her path, she finally settled in Miami and in 2015 she got 3 levels of Reiki practitioner certifications at “Love Reiki Center”, then in 2021 a yoga teacher training at “Hot Flow Zen School” and in 2022 a sound Healing practitioner certification and also a Vibrational sound healing practitioner certification at “Meditate: School of Mindfulness”.

Kat is passionate about yoga, as much as teaching, she enjoys practicing herself and challenging her practice by being open minded all the time and always trying new things.

When she started practicing mindfulness she was going through a lot of depression and the practice took her out from that place and gave her (and continues to give her) tools to deal with the everyday situations of adulthood that are many times are outside our control.

That is why she is so passionate about teaching and sharing her practice with everyone!
