The Chakra Healing Workshop is an immersive multi sensory experience blending Asana, Light Therapy, Sound healing therapy and Essential oils.

Light therapy is also known as photomedicine, and it is said that it can change you in a cellular level.

In this workshop we will combine color lights with asana, meditation, sound healing therapy and essential oils while we go through each chakra to help realign them and to have an experience that you will definitely affect your mind, body and soul!

About Kat:

Kathleen is a filmmaker, soap maker and also yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga since 2019, and right after she took her 1st class, she never stopped showing up. She was going through depression and the yoga practice took her out from that place and gave her (and continues to give her) tools to deal with the everyday situations of adulthood that are many times are outside our control.

She is a yogaholic and at the end of the roller coaster of 2020 year, she took a YTT200 because she was passionate to share with her community that was stressing so much, all the miracles that yoga brought to her life.

Now she is blending her film work (as a creative lighting designer) with yoga, to create The Chakra Healing Sessions, were we work on each chakra infusing asana, essential oils and special movie lights that have the colors of the chakras and will be changing color as we go, closing the session with a long savasana with the chakra singing bowls to elevate your vibration and move energy within you ending up in a profound experience that will lift your spirit up!
