This sessions are one on one and will be performed at Modern Martial Arts and Fitness, or the location agreed with Kat by request and convenience of both parties and an extra charge for gas and helper by protocol.

• Duration: 60 minutes sessions.

• Election: Customers will choose from different options personalizing the session according to their needs, some of these options might be:

• Yoga (1 private session in person or 2 private sessions online)

• Locations: Sessions will be held at Modern Martial arts and Fitness, located in Miami Shores. Other locations will be agreed on before booking, and the options could be carried out at outdoor locations or customer homes. An extra fee will be charged on locations out of the service area (North Miami to Hollywood FL) and for a helper to set up and move equipment around.
